It is an immense world out there and I've chosen to focus on some of the details—the galaxy in a dewdrop, seeds contained in the most extraordinary pod, a gnarled root at the base of an ancient tree. I see tiny capsules of pattern, texture and color.

Imagine walking into a field and your view is the immense landscape in front of you. Re-frame this vision and isolate an object in the landscape, like that golden Mexican poppy. Dropping to my stomach, I crawl to that flower letting my eyes focus on the veins in a single leaf. I call this process finding my Third Eye. I invite you to explore this miniature world with me.
